OrderlyScripts is a pharmacy-based telehealth service that allows patients 18 or older to receive care for select common conditions through a simple online intake. Patients complete a questionnaire, are reviewed by a licensed medical provider, and if appropriate have prescriptions sent directly to the participating pharmacy for pickup.
The $35 consult fee can't be paid with insurance. Medication is paid at the pharmacy and may be covered depending on your coverage.
Patients scan the QR code at a participating pharmacy, or use the OrderlyScripts link on your pharmacy's website, select a visit type, and complete a short intake questionnaire. A licensed provider reviews the submission and, if appropriate, prescribes treatment that is sent directly to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
OrderlyScripts is available in all states except for West Virginia, Kansas, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Louisiana
Each visit is a flat rate consult fee. Current pricing is $35 per consult.
No, OrderlyScripts does not price match currently.
Payment options depend on the payment processor configuration. We currently accept standard credit and debit cards.
Whether the consult fee can be paid with an HSA or FSA depends on your account provider and plan. Please confirm with them.
OrderlyScripts currently supports treatment for select common conditions, including UTI, URI, allergy, sinus congestion, asthma, rash, musculoskeletal pain, migraine, acne, cold sores, smoking cessation, anti-nausea, insomnia, and pink eye.
Your visit includes a clinical review by a licensed medical provider and, if appropriate, a prescription sent directly to the pharmacy. Medication costs are paid separately at the pharmacy.
The $35 consult fee covers a licensed provider's review of your intake and is non-refundable once your visit has been submitted to a provider. We'll refund the fee in full if you were charged but your visit wasn't submitted, if you were charged more than once for the same visit, or if a technical error on our end kept your visit from being completed or your prescription from reaching your pharmacy and we couldn't fix it. Your consult fee covers the provider's clinical review, whatever the outcome. If a provider determines treatment isn't appropriate, they'll recommend next steps, and the fee isn't refunded. Questions about the provider's decision? Reply to your visit text thread.
Once your visit has been submitted to a provider, it can't be cancelled or refunded. A provider will respond to your visit text thread within 2 hours.

If your condition requires in-person evaluation or specialist care, the provider will recommend appropriate next steps.
OrderlyScripts partners with Beluga, who are licensed medical providers credentialed to practice in the states where services are offered.
If clinically appropriate, prescriptions are typically sent to the pharmacy shortly after the provider completes their review.
Visits are conducted asynchronously via secure messaging. Phone or video visits are not currently offered.
